ELO Rating
Each player starts with a rating of
1000. After every match the winner gains points and the loser loses points. The amount depends on the difference in ratings: beating a stronger opponent gives more points, losing to a weaker one costs more.
K-Factor
The K-factor controls how much a single match can shift your rating. Higher-stake match types have a larger K-factor:
| Casual | K = 16 |
| Competitive | K = 24 |
| Expert | K = 32 |
| Pro | K = 40 |
